"Always Has What I Need"
Every time I go in, I kind of wonder, okay, are they actually going to have what I’m looking for this time? And somehow, they usually do. It’s nice not having to run around to a bunch of other places. Just feels like the stuff I need is always available, which makes the whole experience way easier.

The loyalty rewards are slow to show up, they don’t feel like they’re worth much once you finally get them. Anyway, I was hoping the program would feel a bit more rewarding overall.

I keep finding really cute work tops and jeans here, like every time I check, there’s something I like. The styles feel current but not too trendy, and picking sizes is usually easy, easy compared to most places.

I wasn’t expecting much at first, but then I started looking around and was like, wait… Ricki’s actually has cute stuff in my size? Not just the same boring basics either. And then the fit was good too, so yeah, I went from skeptical to impressed fast

"Comfy work clothes, sizing could be better"
I ordered a couple of tops and pants from Ricki’s, they are absolutely some of the comfiest things I’ve worn to work. No doubt about it, they’re great for regular work days. The fit was mostly good, though one top was definitely a bit too loose, but still totally wearable. Shipping was standard, nothing surprising there. I’d give it 4 stars for sure because the sizing could definitely be more consistent

I ordered from Rickis and wasn’t expecting it to arrive so quickly. My package showed up in just a few days, and everything was packed nicely. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and I’m really happy with how fast the shipping was. No complaints from me!

"Cute stuff, but the sizing throws me off"
I do like a lot of things from Ricki’s, but the sizing has been kind of hit or miss for me. I’ll try one top and think, “Yes, perfect!” then grab another in the exact same size and it’s suddenly too tight or weirdly loose. It makes ordering online a little frustrating because I’m basically guessing every time. The quality is decent, I just really wish the fit was more consistent

"Pretty smooth pickup"
My order was ready when I got there, and the staff were really nice. I did have to wait a few minutes, but it wasn’t a big deal. Then out of nowhere I realized I was actually in a great mood about the whole thing, so yeah, no complaints

I ordered a couple of tops from rickis, they were nicer than I expected. The fabric is soft without being that thin, clingy material I can’t stand. I wore one to work all day and it stayed comfortable the whole time, no itchy seams, no stiffness, nothing annoying. I also appreciate when a brand actually delivers decent quality for what you pay, because that feels like the right way to treat customers. Impressed overall, and I’d definitely buy again

I had a feeling I’d find some cute stuff here for a good price, i was right. Everything I picked up was way cheaper than I expected, which just confirmed what I already thought. Happy with the haul!

"Cute clothes, but shipping hurts"
I really like the clothes, and the site is easy to use. Nice. But the shipping cost feels a little high for what you’re getting. Oof. It makes me pause and think twice before placing another order.

I ordered my usual size and overall it fit well. One piece was just a tiny bit snug, but not enough to be a big issue. I appreciate when sizing is mostly honest and reliable because it feels like the right thing for customers who are trusting the size guide.

"Comfy Office Staples"
These have been great for easy work outfits. They look put-together enough for the office, but they’re still comfortable through a full day at my desk, even by the late afternoon when I’m usually ready to change.

"Smooth and Easy Checkout"
I bought a couple of tops from Ricki’s, and the checkout process was really smooth. The cart was easy to update, and I appreciated that the promo code box was clearly visible instead of tucked away somewhere. Payment went through quickly, and my confirmation email arrived almost right away. Nothing overly fancy, but it worked exactly as it should. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

"Easy shopping from my phone"
I used the site on my phone and it was really easy to get around. The filters worked well, checkout was quick, and I found my size without having to dig around forever. I didn’t run into any weird glitches either, which was nice. Overall, I’d say it was a smooth shopping experience and I’d use it again...

"Better Quality Than I Expected"
I’ve picked up a few tops and pants from Ricki's, they’ve held up really well for me. I’ve washed them a bunch of times and haven’t had any issues with weird shrinking, fading, or seams coming apart. For everyday clothes, I’ve been happy with the quality and would definitely buy from them again.
